Eine Anmeldung zu den Workshops ist unbedingt erforderlich. Alle Teilnehmende erhalten eine Teilnahmebestätigung per Email.
Die Teilnahme an den Workshops ist kostenlos. Für die Präsenz-Workshops wird jedoch eine Kaution von 10 EURO erhoben, die Ihnen unmittelbar nach Ihrem Termin zurückerstattet wird.
Registration for the workshops is mandatory. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance via email.
Participation in the workshops is free of charge. However, a deposit of €10 is required for in-person workshops, which will be refunded to you immediately after your appointment.

This workshop supports international students and graduates in preparing for the German job market.
Participants will gain practical insights into application processes, workplace culture, and career opportunities in Germany.
The workshop combines two on-site workshop days and one online coaching day with practical application training and individual support.
Day 1 – Presence Workshop
03 June 2026 | 09:00–16:00
Location: Aula Building, Aulastr. 8, Seminar Room (Ground Floor)
Topics:
• Self-reflection and personal development
• Understanding the German job market
• German standards vs. international norms
• Legal foundations: work visa and job entry in Germany (basics)
• Introduction to German application processes
Interactive group work and exchange between participants are part of the workshop day.
Day 2 – Presence Workshop
04 June 2026 | 09:00–16:00
Location: Aula Building, Aulastr. 8, Seminar Room (Ground Floor)
Topics:
• CV check
• Cover letter and motivational letter check
• Personal “Bewerbungsunterlagen” review
• How to write an effective application
• German work contract basics
• Exchange and feedback on application documents
Participants work directly on their own application materials and receive practical feedback during the workshop day.
Day 3 – Online One-by-One Coaching
05 June 2026 | Individual Online Sessions
Topics:
• Personal coaching for individual questions and career situations
• Interview training
• Common interview formats and questions
• Professional etiquette in the German workplace
• Work culture in Germany
The third workshop day takes place as individual one-by-one online coaching sessions. Participants receive personal support and individual feedback to prepare for real application and interview situations in Germany.
The appointments will be scheduled individually on the first day.
